According to the Model topical pattern of meeting of the Advisory Council on local self-government, training of local self-government officials and deputies of local councils in 2013, approved by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak, on 5 and 6 June, visiting meeting-seminar took place, involving Secretariats’ Chairmen (administrators) of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive offices of oblast, Kyiv and Sevastopol city councils, entitled “On Practice of Ensuring the Availability and Quality of Social and Administrative Services to the Public” and on preparation of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Service in Local Self-Government Bodies.”
The Chairman of the Vinnytsia Oblast Council S.Tatusiak and Vinnytsia City Mayor V.Hroisman, Deputy Chairman of Legal Administration of the National Agency of Ukraine on State Service A.Ostapov spoke on the plenary meeting. Executives of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Secretariat, executive offices of Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Rivne, Kharkiv Oblast Councils participated in general discussion.
According to the programme of visiting meeting-seminar, presentation of work of the Center of Administrative Services “Prozoryi ofis” #1 “Vyshenka” of Vinnytsia City Council, Hnivan City Council of Turiv region, executive office of oblast council, and Hnivan music school, touristic objects of oblast center (National Pyrohov Museum) took place.
Members of visiting meeting-seminar prepared and submitted sets of informational methodic materials for use in current work.
